- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the shipped date.
- Returns/Exchanges are to be sent in original packaging if possible.
- Returns/Exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- Please send an email to farron@farronelizabeth.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with of the return shipment.
Canadian Customers:
- The same conditions apply for Canadian customers as for U.S. Customers. However, a free return label is not provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
